LAL Holiday Roasts Cooking Instructions

(FOR COOKING A THAWED ROAST)

LAL Turkey Roast

Cooking instructions:

USE OR FREEZE within 7 days of Receiving.

Instructions for cooking THAWED Turkey Roast.

(If frozen, allow 24 hours to thaw before cooking)

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine the following items.

2 cups Veggie Broth, 2 TBS Tamari or Soy Sauce, 2 TBS Olive Oil

Place Turkey in baking dish and baste in about ½ cup of broth mixture.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 40 mins.

Remove from oven, add desired vegetables to roasting pan, if you desire, and

Add rest of broth.

Return to oven and cook uncovered for another 40 mins, basting with broth after 20 mins.

Remove from oven and bask in the glory of your upcoming feast.

Let cool for 10-15 mins.

Slice and Destroy.


Gravy:

If frozen, thaw.  Heat on stove top until hot.  Smother on roast.


Holiday Ham Cooking Instructions:

(FOR COOKING A THAWED ROAST)

Preheat OVEN to 350.

Make baste for roast…combine:

1 cup vegetable broth

1 TBS tamari or soy sauce

1 TBS olive oil

Remove ROAST from package.

Place in roasting dish and cover with half the baste

Cover with foil.

Cook in oven for 1 hour.

Remove foil, cover with remaining baste and return to oven for 15 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Slice and enjoy the deliciousness!


Mac & Cheeze Cooking instructions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Add ½ cup Plant Milk and 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil to the MAC.

Mix thoroughly in container provided.

Top with breadcrumbs.

Bake in oven for 30 mins uncovered.
